Bowman Development Advisors (BDA) specializes in assisting clients realize their property's maximum development potential. BDA is already becoming known in the marketplace, and has been successful in generating interest from local and national developers and builders by presenting development opportunities that have been dropped or stalled due to market conditions. BDA works with clients before any land contract is in place, building credibility and trust.
BDA's mission is to provide high quality outsourced project management services to developers, builders and property owners of residential and commercial projects - from concept to completion. In addition, BDA will assist financial institutions on their REO properties.

BDA is comprised of a dynamic and select group of development industry professionals with over 40 years of experience and success in obtaining land use approvals and permits in over 20 area jurisdictions. BDA professionals are experts in the areas of land entitlements in residential and commercial development projects in the metropolitan Washington market. This includes entitlement approvals for over 17,000 residential units (multi-family, single family and townhouse) and 5 million square feet of commercial uses (mixed-use, office, retail and industrial).

S. Andrew Vinisky
Vice President
Andrew is manager of day-to-day operations for BDA. Most recently, he was Director of Community Development at Centex's DC Metro Division. He has over 20 years of developer-side land entitlement expertise in the metropolitan Washington market.
Richard Lanham
Vice President
Rick joined BDA in April 2008 and prior to that worked for the past 14 years for Kettler where he served as Vice President of Community Planning and Development. Working for a developer, Rick has managed all aspects of residential and commercial development projects across Northern Virginia and Maryland.
